Appleseed Canoe Company began building boats in 1997. Based in the heart of Muskoka’s cottage country, Appleseed grew out of a love of the outdoors and a desire to build quality recreational and tripping canoes.
The combined boat building experience of our owner and our designer has resulted in sleek and functional canoes that are economical.
Appleseed is proud of its strong community reputation. We purchase our materials locally and take an active role in community events. Community support has enabled us to grow and further develop our product for you.
