Infussion Mold Materials |

Have recently become interested in composite fabrication. Currently looking at resin infusion for Carbon Fiber (CF). Have been successful making a few trivial CF objects. However, I am significantly challenged in finding a workable modling material. Focus to date has been use of an Epoxy with layers of fiber glass cloth / mesh. The epoxy starts to cure way to fast. I have also tried some paint on rubber type molding material and an expensive "gel coat" material. The ruber was way too thin. The Gel Coat ended up being more of a paint. Would appreciate suggestions for a good mold making material for small to mid-sized objects.
